1. What ages are suitable for the softplay?
Our equipment is suitable for ages 1-5 years old

2. How often is the equipment cleaned?
We clean and disinfect our equipment before and after every event.

3.Where can we set up the softplay equipment?
For the safety of your little cuties, our softplay equipment can only be set up on flat, clean and secure surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. We kindly ask that all play areas are free of uneven grounds, debris or any potential hazards before our arrival.

4. Are parents or guardians required to supervise their children?
Yes, we require that parents and guardians supervise their children at all times while in the softplay and or bounce houses.

5. How do we book for our event?
To book click on the packages tab. Once you have decided what package you are interested in, it will redirect you to our request to book calendar. We will contact you if your date and package is or is not available.

6. Do i need to leave a deposit?
Yes, Once we have confirmed your date and package is available,we will contact you for the $100 deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non- refundable if cancelation was made less 48 hours before event.

7. What is the cancellation policy?
At cutie pie softplay, we understand that life happens and plans can change. We are happy to refund you the full amount if cancelled 7 days prior to the event. If canceling 3-6 days in advance you will be eligible for a 50 % refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

7. What if i want to reschedule?
You may reschedule your event without a fee if the request is made at least 5 days before the event. Rescheduling within
3-4 days before your event may incur a fee of $50. Request to reschedule within 48 hours of event will be treated as a cancellation.
